SUPPLY

We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company. The stockist of the goods featured is Ptolemy Swift trading as Clever Products UK, Unit 9, Humber Street Workshops, Goole DN14 5UJ.

We make every effort to keep the stock figures and prices up to date but are under no obligation to supply a confirmed or paid order  for any reason we deem appropriate including price discrepencies or incorrect stock figures. 

PAYMENT

While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you choose to cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

DISPUTES

In the unlikely event that there is a dispute in relation to the goods supplied, any dispute or claim shall be governed and constructed according to English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held by any Court or other authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, then the validity of the rest of these Terms & Conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be effected thereby.

We may at any time terminate this agreement without notice to you.

Permission is granted to electronically copy and print in hard copy portions of this Site for the sole purpose of using this Site as a shopping resource.
